Issue
Client is upgrading its trade capture system. All dependency reporting must be identified, decomposed and documented to determine sunset or conversion status in order to determine effort for developing new reporting on the upgraded trade capture system.
Solution
› Identified, decomposed and documented approximately 200 Excel files used by Front Office, Mid Office and Back Office impacted by ZaiNet to Aligne upgrade and the sun setting of the legacy price database.
› Re-Mapped and modified embedded SQL in Excel files to read and pull data from new data source.
› Developed custom Excel,VBA, SQL solutions for back, mid and front office reporting as requested.
› Served as the technical resource and trouble shooter for 64 bit Excel rollout in VBA intense environemnt.
