As a member of the clean team, I had to deliver market risk reporting DAY 1 without the benefit of a test data, or a reconciliation dataset for accuracy verification. On Day 1, the market risk manager gave the thumbs up, verifying merged data accuracy, (NRG+GenOn data without a net).

  • Client had poor sales quoting capabiltiy causing a negative impact on profits. The solution was to build a Sales Quoting Configurator based on historical job costing data that was integregrated into a shop floor planner and production-run software with actual cost tracking and cost allotment.
  • Once implemented, sales quoting greatly improved, inventory and cost management greatly improved and profitability soared.

  • Client implemented Zema Suite, but analysts were reluctant to use it due to data integrity issues. Upon DecisionTrack's analysis and findings of the data, the vendor was required to reload 58 gigabytes of data for just one of the ISOs alone. DecisionTrack developed a data integrtity detection tool to give the client's analysts confidence in the data they were working with.
  • At the data integrity detection tool presentation held for the vendor, including VP of Sales, Sr Software engineers and other senior members of the vendor's development team, the Sr Software Engineer exclaimed "We need this". DecisionTrack provided them the tool.
